Are the prices monthly subscriptions?
No - all Real Visitor Traffic Campaigns are all quoted as one time payments.
Do you offer stats so that I can keep track of how many visits I am getting?
Yes - all campaigns come with FREE LIVE STATS so you can keep track of our progress during your campaign! Before your campaign starts, you will receive an email with a username and password. Use the form on our members page to login to your stats.
Are there any restrictions on the content of my site?
We cannot accept sites that contain content or links/banners to adult sites with pornographic images or links. Violators are not entitled to a refund in any portion. If you are not sure if your site violates the rules simply ask us prior to purchase, it's really that simple and we appreciate it very much. If your url is found to be in violation prior to delivery, we will ask you for a new, clean url to use. The destination landing page for the advertisements for any of our traffic to be sent to may not contain.
How long will it take to start delivery?
After your purchase, your order will normally start within 24 hours.
Why should I choose you over other services?
Many other traffic services send very poor traffic. In fact, if you use their services, most users will NEVER SEE YOUR SITE! This is because most services use tricks to load your page without ever being seen - indeed, they send the same visitor to tens or even hundreds of sites! The worst part is that they never even tell you. We send real people who actually see your site.
Where does your traffic come from?
We are affiliated with some of the largest advertising networks on the Internet. With our partners, we have formed an extensive advertising exchange. By placing your site into this exchange, your campaign will be exposed to an unlimited amount of people.
How is my site displayed?
Advertised URLs are displayed in full page views. Visitors will see your entire advertised website.
What is an acceptable form of payment?
You may use PayPal or 2CheckOut using your credit card.
Do you generate hits using SPAM or other unscrupulous techniques?
No. The traffic we deliver is legitimate. We never send out mass emails or post to newsgroups. We do not use fake or unethical techniques (proxy traffic) to deliver traffic to our clients' websites. You will receive emails from us advertising special and other important relevant items pertaining to you and your campaigns.
How does your refund policy work?
We do our best to provide the best possible service. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund. Refunds are based on pro-rata basis. This means that your refund will be based on the unused traffic. You will be entitled to a refund as long as your site has not violated any of our Terms Of Service.
Terms Of Service
This Agreement shall govern participation in the Betterwebsitetraffic.com Program. By participating in the Program, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. The term 'Customer' shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by submitting an order.
Payment: All customers are required to pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the campaign before its activation. Betterwebsitetraffic.com reserves the right to set and negotiate specific payment terms on a Customer-by-Customer basis.
Participation: Betterwebsitetraffic.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular customer or site for participation in the Program.

Betterwebsitetraffic.com will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the type of sites we will not deliver visitors to:
Sites that contain or link to sites with pornography, adult content, sexual, erotic material, software piracy, any form of illegal activity, displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm, and any sites promoting any type of hate.

Your Advertisement Page can not contain any other popup windows. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popups, popbehinds, or exit popups windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, Betterwebsitetraffic.com will stop your campaign immediately and any remaining credits will be forfeited. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Your Advertisement Page can not have background music or sounds Unless using our Violation Traffic witch allows this kind of Violation for a Price over & above the campaign price.

Your Advertisement Page can not contain scripts that alter users browser settings.

To ensure compliance with these terms and conditions, any Customers that change their content after approval for membership MUST notify Betterwebsitetraffic.com of the changes in writing IMMEDIATELY. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, Betterwebsitetraffic.com will stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Data Reporting (Stats): All Campaigns purchased through Betterwebsitetraffic.com are served, tracked and reported by our partners. For Campaigns that involve third party serving/tracking, accounting may be beyond the control of Betterwebsitetraffic.com. Campaigns that use third party serving/tracking for auditing purposes may be subject to alternate or additional controls. Betterwebsitetraffic.com is the sole owner of all website, campaign, and aggregate web user data collected by Betterwebsitetraffic.com. Customer only has access to website and web user data that is collected as part of Customer's campaign.
Payment Liability: Betterwebsitetraffic.com reserves the right to hold Customer and any agency, broker or other authorized / authorized representative of Customer jointly and severally liable for all amounts owed to Betterwebsitetraffic.com .
Cancellation: Any Campaign cancelled by a Customer will not result in a refund of any kind. If a cancellation occurs due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, you will also not be entitled to a refund.
Rates: All advertising rates are subject to change at any time.
General: Representations and Warranties: Customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Betterwebsitetraffic.com and the Publishers (including their successors, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns) from and against all claims, loss, liability, damage and expense of any nature (including attorneys' reasonable fees) in connection with the Advertisement URL and its linked websites, for any actual or alleged breach of any term of this Agreement.
Damages: In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits arising thereunder or from the provision of services.
Limitation of Liability: Neither Betterwebsitetraffic.com, its partners, nor the participating sites will be subject to any liability whatsoever for:
(a) any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of the Advertisement URL due to systems failures or other technological failures of Betterwebsitetraffic.com or of the Internet;
(b) delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of a campaign, including, without limitation, difficulties with a Publisher or Website, difficulties with a third-party server, or electronic malfunction; and
(c) errors in content or omissions in any Advertisement URL provided by Customer.
(d) differences in visitors counts---our stats are FINAL.
Minimum Age Requirements: No person under the age of 18 is allowed to participate in our programs or purchase our products.
